The only event on the March calendar is the section AGM on Thursday 12th. As things stand, the current officers are all prepared to stay on for another year, but nominations are welcome if anyone else wants to get involved.
After having to postpone previously, David Hulse had been re-arranged for the clubnight on Thursday 9th April to give us his talk on early steam power - "Newcomen and the engines that changed the world."
During the quiet months for riding, planning has been going on for the Oatcake Run on Sunday 12th April, and our big event the 1926 ISDT Centenary commemoration on Wednesday 17th June.
